Wednesday

Today was a pretty cool day, at school at least.  First period I had a test in precalculus, it was not that hard, I actually knew most of what I was doing in the the test and I think I will probably get a decent grade on it.

Next I had Asian Studies.  Since it was a long class we had some people come in for sword-fighting lessons.  It turned out it was my old karate teachers from the lessons I used to despise going to.  They didn’t remember me, then when I said who I was, it embarrassed them that they did not remember who I was.  That class ended up being pretty fun beating up some of my friends and towards the end having a huge melee battle.

After that I had history.  History is old and boring, not much to say, it was kind of a fun class, kind of.

Last period I has Spanish, that was the most fun class.  We were doing a project to create a clothing store to show comparisons and use the new vocabulary.  I created a store called «Republica Manzana», or in English, Apple Republic.  I think my presentations was the best one because I worked the hardest on it.  I’ll upload a copy of my presentation to the site.  After that we watched a movie and the got report cards!

I got high honor roll!

Tuesday

Tuesday was such a nice day and deserves to be mentioned before I walk about Wednesday.

I had Tuesday off, due to the fact that it was Veterans’ Day, so I slept in.  After watching some Dr. Phil I noticed on Cox Cable there was some new channels, one was Logo.  There was a ton of interesting and funny stuff on Logo, I wish I found it sooner.  Actually, that was the highlight of my Tuesday, there actually was nothing else to talk about, so never-mind.

Friday

Today in school was really fun.  Third period there was only me and someone else in the class and all we did was watch Animé.  Fifth period someone brought their dog in and seventh I had a substitute.  At night I went to the Holyoke mall.  There I went to the Apple Store to get my iPhone fixed, but they said there was nothing wrong with it.  I thought the iPhone was supposed to have stereo speakers, not a mono one.  After that I went to Old Navy and carried around a really have bag after.  I then went to Gap and that was it.  But it took a long time and now I’m tired.

Monday, what’s so good about it?

Today was Monday.  It wasn’t just another ordinary Monday.  It stunk and was hilarious at the same time.

First, I had to go to school today.  First period I wad a quiz.  It took the whole period and I was afraid I wasn’t going to even get to the second question.  (There were only two questions).  After that I finished.  Second period, my mean English teacher yelled at one of my friends, she then apologized after school.  Third period we watched my Origami YouTube videos in class, it was embarrassing.  Then the power went out.  It stayed out through Chemistry and into lunch.  After that was history.  We were just reading a book, then the glass Snapple I had shatters on the floor and the janitor has to be called in.  Again, embarrasing for me.  Apparently I am:

A Janitor’s worst nightmare  -Mr. McCollough

And:

(Nicknamed) Spilly

But, what ever.  After that in foods class my group abandoned me so I had to do all the work, Spanish was funny but he is starting to get annoyed with our class.

I had no homework today, but I felt awfully sick all day. The doctor says that there is nothing wrong with me, but we’ll see…

Sunday, and this week.

So, daylight savings time ended today.  I am already missing it!  It now, here in Connecticut, gets dark at 5:30p.  Hopefully it won’t be night when I drive to school tomorrow morning at seven.  Daylight savings times ending reminds me of why I hate winter.  The dark, the cold, now all we need is the dirty snow crusted on to the side of the road.

This week, and next week, I have Tuesday off.  This week for election day, and next for veterans’ day.  I’m not going to endorse any candidates, but what I will say is:

California:  Vote NO on Proposition 8.

Connecticut: Vote NO on Question 1.

Both hurt people.

Anyways, I have to go to school Monday, then I have Tuesday off, then back Wednesday.  I just find that pointless, it’s like having four Mondays in the next two weeks! (2 Mondays then 2 Wednesdays that I go back to school=a Monday).  I know there is nothing I can do about it, and I probably sound spoiled complaining about it, but hey I have Tuesdays off, half-days, then Thanksgiving vacation!

Now it’s time for some Sunday night cartoons and sleep!

It’s been a while…

Yes it has, I feel like that the last time I posted here was last month!

Anyways, today, as many of you know is Halloween.  I love Halloween, but this year, I have to say, I wasn’t feeling the love.  First, this was one of the first years I did not dress up.  I think that next year I am going to have to go all out seeing how it will be my last Halloween at home.  I already have a costume in mind.

The decorations I did not really care about.  My family made a graveyard, and it was kind of annoying to set up and plug in all the grave markers.  They put so much stuff out it was borderline tacky.  We did get a lot of compliments though on what we had.

Also I was noticing that it is funny how I do everything, not related to school, last minute.  This Halloween, like a week before I thought to myself, “I need some scary movies.”  So I got the Final Destination series off of Amazon and watched all those.  I can not wait for the 4th one to come out, I am going to go see it on the opening Friday night!

I also started to watch the Saw movies.  What me and one of my friends decided was that we’d watch Saw IV then go see Saw V.  Problem was that I didn’t see any of the Saw movies, so I had to watch them.

I’m so tired, I’m just going to end right here.  I don;t know how to sum up this post anymore.

Today in the life of Rob

Today had to be one of the better days of the fall.  This morning I woke up went to school and had no homework in my hardest classes!  Then the rest of the day was so easy, in History I even showed off my iPhone using Shazam, the music identifier.  After school I had no homework and got to do anything I wanted.

Tomorrow is National Coming Out Day, so our school celebrated it today, I wore a ribbon all day, but if I had remembered I would have wore my pride shirt, I guess I’ll have to wait for the day of silence. Anyways, another win for me, my state Connecticut legalized gay marriage!  Yay for everybody!

Somethings that also happened today:

  1. It was warm enough to wear shirts
  2. I went to the mall
  3. I got an Old Navy credit card
  4. I didn’t have to do anything tonight.

My super cool awesome day that was today, Thursday, October 2, 2008, but you’d know the date from the post info., or dose this theme have that? I forget.

I was originally going to post this on PPL, but decided it is better off in this post:

Today was a nice day.  In English this morning we took one of those AP multiple choice tests.  Out of 30 possible, I got eight wrong, which turned out to be extremely good.  One other person got 7 wrong, and another got the same score as me.  Everyone else was below me.  Then in Chemistry we just set things on fire.  In History I got a 93% on a test and a 95% on my notebook.  I ended the day in Foods I, which we spent time on the computers researching fruits and vegetables.

Let me continue my story:

So usually I would love to be in the computer lab, but we got a new firewall website, and I am serious when I say, every website is blocked.  Even the company’s website that made the firewall is blocked, that’s how bad it was.  Last year the firewall was fine, it would filter out only the dirty site and leave the rest alone.  Our school just doesn’t know how to spend money.  After school I had Best Buddies, enough said.  After that I quickly finished my homework than hung out, went to the gym alone, came back watched TV, now I’m here.  Today was cool.  (Yes I saw the DSi)

Swamped

Swamped does not begin to explain it.  This weekend I am going to be so busy.  These past two days I was so busy.  Tuesday was a break, I had no homework, a totally free afternoon, then every thing slowly started to change.  Wednesday I got loaded with homework in precalculus and history class.  It took me the majority of the afternoon and I still never finished the homework.  I also have to retake the test in there next week because I got a 60 on it.  Let’s just say he isn’t the best teacher, or as good as he thinks he is.  Tonight I got loaded with history again, along with chemistry and english.  I have another test tomorrow in english, I’ve been studying every chance I got, when I wasn’t doing homework that is.

Now, this weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I am going to have to spend writing an english essay from scratch and a history paper from scratch.  Not to mention two tests next week, precalc. and chemistry.  I am swamped.  Do not even get me started on the online japanese class.  I really want to get rid of that, i have no time for its antics, let’s just say.

So those websites?  Well, what do you think?  They are not going to be done by this weekend like previously mentioned.  The only time I am going to be at a computer is typing.  So I was thinking today, on the bus—the only free time I have, that I will launch the new sites by Sunday, October 5th, at noon.  That way when you are all watching the Goosebumps marathon on Cartoon Network, you can have something to do if there is a rerun.

The new sites.

I opened the 4ums back up, if anyone cares.

Also I did start to work on those new site.  One is near completion, and the other still has some work to do.  I’ll probably launch the two next weekend, hopefully.  Until then, enjoy what you have, AND THE 4UMS, now.
